What is NeurOptimal Dynamical® Neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback is a form of biofeedback that optimizes and balances the brain by disrupting the maladaptive patterns. These patterns are acquired in response to various life occurrences such as stress and trauma. Neurofeedback may help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, ADD, addiction, Lyme disease, PTSD, insomnia, and so much more.
Passive sensors are placed on the scalp with EEG paste, which reads the brain waves. It does not involve the application of voltage or current to the brain, therefore it is entirely non-invasive, yet highly effective similarly to other well-known forms of Biofeedback.
